About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team on a long-term, remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end applications that serve our healthcare clients. Your expertise will be crucial in building robust backend architectures using Django and Python, as well as crafting engaging, high-performance cross-platform mobile and web applications with Flutter. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and a superior user experience. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a passion for coding excellence, capable of owning projects from database schema design to mobile UI implementation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of professional programming experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of full-stack development and complex problem-solving. Expertise in Django Rest Framework and Flutter/Dart is essential, with a proven track record of building scalable APIs and cross-platform applications. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, enabling them to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate edge cases are critical. Familiarity with remote work tools, especially Google Meet, is preferred, as the team collaborates via video calls during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend architectures and APIs using Django and Python, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Create and optimize database schemas, manage data integrity, and implement efficient data retrieval methods.
• Develop high-quality, responsive cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring a consistent user experience across devices.
