About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust end-to-end applications that serve our healthcare clients. Your expertise will span both backend and frontend development, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex software architectures, API development, and mobile application design. This is a long-term, remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you meet our high standards for work environment and communication.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 8+ years of professional programming experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Django Rest Framework and Flutter/Dart, with extensive experience in building scalable APIs and cross-platform mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, enabling clear explanations of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Architecting and developing RESTful APIs and backend services using Django and Python to support our healthcare applications.
• Designing and implementing scalable, efficient database schemas and managing data integrity.
• Building high-performance, visually appealing, and user-friendly cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, and maintaining clean, well-documented codebases.
• Contributing to technical discussions and making informed trade-offs to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Engaging in daily stand-ups via Google Meet, maintaining active communication with the team during working hours (6am IST to 3pm IST).
