About the Role
The Outbound Marketing Senior Associate supports White Tiger's outbound marketing efforts across email, LinkedIn, and creative engagement channels. This role is ideal for a professional who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited about modern outbound strategies powered by AI.
You will work closely with marketing, recruiting, and project management teams to execute campaigns, refine messaging, and maintain high standards across all outbound communications. The role is designed for someone who wants to learn quickly, take ownership of their work, and operate in a clear, well-structured environment. Responsibilities
- Execute outbound messaging campaigns across email and other engagement channels
- Build, launch, and manage cold, project-specific, and recruiting-based email campaigns using Instantly or similar platforms
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and use those insights to analyze and optimize future campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and sequences to improve performance
- Maintain and organize prospect lists, ensuring data accuracy and proper segmentation
- Manage inbox responses, flag leads, and route replies to the appropriate parties
- Ensure email domains and sending accounts remain in good standing through proper warm-up and hygiene practices
- Support LinkedIn outreach efforts through Dripify, including managing connection requests, message sequences, and follow-ups in alignment with campaign goals
- Leverage AI and internal tools to build custom ICP lists for LinkedIn-based outreach
- Maintain a professional and credible personal LinkedIn profile and use it to engage with ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and post content that reflects White Tiger's brand
- Build, launch, and monitor sponsored message campaigns through LinkedIn
- Use AI tools to generate, refine, and quality-check written communications in English
- Review and improve outbound copy for clarity, tone, and professionalism
- Coordinate cross-functionally with recruiting, projects, and sales teams on shared initiatives
- Utilize Zoho Projects to manage tasks, track deadlines, and communicate with the team
- Contribute ideas for creative outreach and engagement strategies as you grow in the role
- Learn, follow, and refine existing SOPs for outbound marketing processes, with the opportunity to contribute improvements and new documentation over time

Qualifications
- College degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional environment (internship or full-time); B2B or outbound marketing experience preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience with Instantly or another cold email platform (e.g., Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo) preferred
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, domain warm-up, and inbox management
- Comfortable managing LinkedIn outreach and maintaining an active, professional LinkedIn presence
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for English-language quality assurance and workflow efficiency
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, and outbound-driven growth strategies
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (Zoho preferred)

Compensation & Work Schedule
- Compensation: $10/hour
