Time Zone: Work hours must overlap with Australian mornings

We are now launching a new high-growth division selling short courses and Continuous Professional Development training online, designed for professionals who want fast, practical skills.

Our goal is to build a scalable digital course ecosystem generating $1,500,000 + revenue within the first 10–12 months. This role will lead that mission.


The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing / Growth Leader with a strong background in selling online courses at scale.

You will lead the strategy, funnels, and team responsible for acquiring customers and converting them through our website using ecommerce-style marketing.

This is a high ownership role where you will build and scale the digital products growth engine.

Your mission:

Generate $1,500,000+ revenue from short courses within 6–8 months.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth

• Own revenue targets for short courses and CPD programs

• Launch and scale new course products

• Build high-converting funnels that sell courses automatically

• Increase customer lifetime value through upsells and cross-sells


Performance Marketing

Own the full marketing stack including:

• Meta Ads

• Google Ads

• YouTube

• SEO

• Email marketing

• Affiliate partnerships

• Organic social

You will drive profitable acquisitions at scale.


Funnel Strategy

Build and optimise:

• Evergreen funnels

• Webinar funnels

• VSL funnels

• Lead magnet funnels

• Course launch campaigns

Your goal is to build automated sales systems that run 24/7.


Conversion Optimisation

• Increase website conversion rates

• Improve landing pages

• Optimise checkout flows

• Test pricing and offers


Email & Retention

Work closely with email marketing to:

• Build nurture sequences

• Increase repeat purchases

• Improve LTV

• Launch promotions


Team Leadership

You will manage and scale a marketing team including:

• Media buyers

• Funnel builders

• Copywriters

• Video editors

• Email marketers

Your job is to build a high-performance marketing machine.


Required Experience

  • This role is NOT suitable for general marketers.
  • We are looking for someone who has already grown online education products.

You must have:

✔ Experience selling online courses or digital education products

✔ Experience managing paid ads budgets and scaling campaigns

✔ Experience building course funnels that generate consistent sales

✔ Experience working remotely with international teams

✔ Strong understanding of ecommerce style marketing

Experience with the following is highly preferred:

• GoHighLevel

• Klaviyo

• Shopify

• Google Analytics

• Meta Ads Manager

• Google Ads

• Funnel builders

You are someone who:

• Understands how online courses actually sell
