Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join us on a part-time consultancy basis. The primary objective of this role is to amplify our brand presence and drive high-quality traffic to our website and social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in bridging our engagement between two key markets: the USA and India.


The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the recruitment industry and knows how to tailor content that resonates with both high-level corporate clients in the US and skilled talent pools in India.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Traffic Generation

·        Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social) to increase monthly unique visitors to the company website.

·        Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to improve organic rankings in both US and Indian search results.

·        Manage small-to-medium scale paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) focusing on lead generation for staffing requirements.


2. Social Media Growth & Management

·        Create and curate a weekly content calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

·        Draft compelling copy for "People Strategy" insights, industry trends, and active job openings.

·        Implement growth hacking strategies to increase follower counts and engagement rates across regions.


3. Cross-Border Content Strategy

·        Tailor marketing messaging to ensure cultural and professional relevance for both North American and South Asian audiences.

·        Collaborate with the recruitment team to turn successful placements and case studies into marketing collateral.


4. Analytics & Reporting

·        Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including CTR, Conversion Rates, and Engagement Metrics.

·        Provide actionable insights based on Google Analytics and social media native platform data.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B or HR/Staffing sector.

Platforms: Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).

Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex professional concepts into engaging social posts.

Design: Basic proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for quick-turnaround visual assets.

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the professional landscapes of both the USA and India.
