Compensation & Details

Pay Rate:

• Hourly Rate: $10 - $11
• 💡 All roles are hourly-based and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Rates are non-negotiable once offered.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour lunch), From 7 AM – 4 PM PST.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Visibility Specialist who can help our content travel further.

We've moved beyond traditional SEO - this role isn't about running site audits or technical checklists. It's an execution-focused position centered on growing our organic visibility through two main areas: Reddit community engagement and link-building outreach. The goal is not to run every distribution channel at full scale, but to prioritize the ones most likely to generate consistent results.

Day to day, this means identifying relevant online conversations, contributing thoughtfully in communities where our content genuinely fits, and supporting our link-building efforts through prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups. YouTube and other platforms will serve as repurposing extensions, helping us amplify existing content rather than build standalone channel strategies from scratch.

We need someone who is plugged into online conversations, knows how to show up in communities authentically, and thrives on building visibility in ways that actually move the needle.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

• Engage in relevant Reddit communities through thoughtful participation and strategic content sharing when appropriate.
• Identify recurring conversations and opportunities where existing content can add value.
• Repurpose blog and PR content into Reddit contributions, outreach angles, and YouTube-ready scripts.

Link-Building Support

• Support link-building efforts, including prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and relationship tracking.
• Maintain clean tracking systems for all outreach activity.

• Identify relevant websites, newsletters, podcasts, and communities aligned with SEO priorities.

Content Repurposing

• Create AI-assisted scripts and simple video assets to extend blog visibility through YouTube (as a repurposing channel).
• Coordinate lightweight publishing tasks for repurposed content (titles, descriptions, formatting, tagging).
• Track activity and share basic visibility performance summaries and learnings with the SEO team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, link building, content marketing, organic growth, community marketing, or PR support.
• Strong written English and ability to communicate clearly and naturally in online communities.
• Familiarity with Reddit culture and community dynamics. Professional experience is not required — active personal use or informal experience participating in Reddit communities is highly valued, as long as the candidate understands how to contribute authentically.
• Basic understanding of link-building fundamentals, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up.
• Familiarity with content repurposing and distribution workflows.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate repurposing workflows (scripts, summaries, formatting).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage trackers, pipelines, and repeatable systems.
• Basic understanding of SEO and how authority signals impact rankings and organic performance.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or editing simple YouTube videos (any tool stack).
• Familiarity with sponsorship research or partnership prospecting.
