We’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own the marketing-generated pipeline and build the systems, campaigns, and conversion paths that drive it.


This is not a people management role. It’s a hands-on position for someone who wants to build the demand engine end to end.


What You’ll Do:

Build Pipeline for Sales

  • Build marketing-generated pipeline for the sales team - focusing on qualified opportunities, with an emphasis on qualified pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Execute and iterate on the demand generation strategy through campaigns, experiments, and funnel initiatives
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid, etc.) to drive pipeline volume and quality
  • Partner closely with Sales and GTM to ensure pipeline quality and conversion into revenue


Optimize Conversion Across the Funnel (CRO)

  • Own conversion rate optimization across the funnel (website, landing pages, demo flows)
  • Analyze the buyer journey and identify drop-offs from traffic β†’ lead β†’ meeting β†’ pipeline
  • Build and improve high-intent pages that support conversion, such as demo, landing, and solution pages
  • Continuously test, measure, and improve funnel performance


Improve Systems and Performance

  • Track, analyze, and report on demand generation performance to drive better outcomes
  • Use funnel metrics to model performance and guide decisions (inputs β†’ outputs)
  • Improve and optimize systems, processes, and automation supporting lead capture, routing, attribution, and reporting


Who You Are:

Demand Generation Operator

  1. 5-7 years in B2B growth marketing / demand generation
  2. Experience generating pipeline for US-based B2B buyers.
  3. Experience in mid-market environments
  4. Strong hands-on experience with CRO, funnel building, and multi-channel campaigns.
  5. Experience working closely with Sales on lead quality and conversion
  6. Strong analytical skills - able to model funnel performance and pipeline outcomes
  7. Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
