Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the full marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring systems are properly configured, maintained, and continuously improved

Establish and monitor models that attribute revenue across marketing, sales, and service functions

Develop dashboards and reports to track performance indicators such as conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting metrics
Connect core CRM and sales platforms with additional tools to enable seamless data integration
Document systems, workflows, and procedures to support scalability and consistency
Contribute to cross-team initiatives involving data quality, system alignment, and automation improvements
Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in CRM systems, marketing technology, and revenue operations
Lead and support team members, ensuring performance objectives are met

Qualifications


Education:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required

Certifications:

  • Certification in a leading CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot) preferred

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Minimum of five years in marketing operations or a similar function
  • Strong experience with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot Enterprise, Salesforce)
  • Background in managing demand generation systems in a complex B2B environment
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools and intent-based marketing platforms
  • Understanding of SEO, search algorithms, and related tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and retargeting
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams
