We are looking for a Russian-speaking B2C Growth Marketing Manager who can combine structured marketing leadership with hands-on execution of high-leverage work.

This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can work closely with the founder, turn many marketing ideas into a clear growth plan, identify the strongest lead generation opportunities, discard distractions, execute with discipline, and own the numbers for B2C growth, lead generation, and revenue.

About The Role

This role is a mix of marketing strategy, funnel ownership, hands-on execution, and coordination of a small marketing team.

You will work directly with the founder, who brings many ideas, hypotheses, and business priorities. Part of your job is to help turn these inputs into a focused marketing plan. More importantly, we expect you to bring your own growth marketing expertise: identify high-impact approaches we have not tried yet, and turn the strongest opportunities into practical campaigns, experiments, and funnel improvements.


You will own the plan, prioritize strategies, channels, and campaigns, define what success looks like, track results, understand what worked and what did not, and adjust the strategy based on data. This is not a role for simply organizing other people's ideas; we are looking for someone who can shape the growth agenda and make strong recommendations based on experience, data, and customer insight.


Our B2C marketing funnel includes social (Telegram/Instagram/LinkedIn), paid acquisition, lead magnets, webinars, lifecycle communication, and consultation-based conversion.

You will work with internal and external contributors across content, paid acquisition, operations, and analytics.


You may add freelancers or other external specialists when needed. As the function grows, success in this role should also create the case for hiring more marketing specialists and delegating more hands-on work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize key lead gen opportunities (strategies, channels, campaigns) and discard the rest.
  • Proactively suggest and test high-impact growth marketing approaches that could improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue.
  • Plan marketing activities, then execute the plan together with the internal marketing team and external specialists.
  • Set and achieve growth, lead gen and revenue KPIs.
  • Measure, understand and report on what worked and what not.
  • Own and improve the B2C funnel from awareness to lead and purchase, including ad campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing materials.

You will be successful if:

  • You deliver a clear and focused marketing plan that achieves monthly goals with given resources.
  • Marketing activities are executed according to the plan and deliver results.
  • Marketing ideas are captured, prioritized, and either executed or intentionally declined.
  • Growth, lead generation, and revenue KPIs are clearly defined, measured and achieved.
  • Marketing reports explain what worked, what did not, and what we will do differently.


Requirements

  • Fluent Russian language.
  • Fluent English at C1 level.
  • Experience working in a startup-like environment: limited resources, fast pace, and short feedback loops.
  • Experience coordinating marketers, agencies or freelancers.
  • Hands-on funnel owner: you can set direction, brief and manage contributors, and personally execute high-leverage work when needed.
  • Ability to design core marketing systems: funnel structure, automation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills - you are good with numbers.
  • Structured thinking.
  • Clear communication in spoken and written form (towards stakeholders as well as marketing audiences).
  • Strong self-organization.
  • Attention to detail.


Nice To Have

Any of the following can be applied in our marketing, so it will be a plus but is not required:

  • Experience in EdTech, career, recruiting, relocation, immigration, or professional services.
  • Marketing workflow automation: n8n / Zapier / Make / Gumloop, or similar tools.
  • Experience planning and setting up email sequences and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Experience with chatbot automations in Instagram/Telegram/WhatsApp.
  • Performance marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar paid social channels.
  • Experience with webinars or online events.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • SEO experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar.
  • Landing page creation and CMS experience, such as WordPress.
