We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst (Remote)
We’re looking for someone who loves digging into data and figuring out what’s actually going on inside the business. We believe that marketing should serve the business, and when things aren't working, we'll do whatever is necessary to understand what's going on!
Not just reporting numbers — but finding the story in the data.
This role works closely with our Client Service team to create reporting and analyze digital marketing performance for home service companies across the country (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, restoration, and more).
You’ll help answer questions like:
• Why did leads spike last week?
• Why did conversion rates drop?
• Which campaigns are outperforming?
• Why did our cancellation rate double week over week?
• Why is our call center phone booking rate so poor over the last 30 days?
• Where should we double down… and where should we pull back?

What You’ll Do
- Assist the Client Service team with recurring reporting
- Analyze digital marketing performance across a portfolio of client accounts
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in campaign and CRM data
- Triangulate gaps between marketing performance and revenue outcomes
- Dig into the why behind performance shifts — not just document what happened
- Partner with the Client Service team to surface problems fast and scale what's working
Skills That Matter
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Experience with Google Ads Data
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan a plus
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience

- Comfortable working in and around marketing data, specifically Google Ads would be a plus — you don't need to be the one building campaigns

- Experience in home services data (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.) is a strong plus
