Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global social media brand who are looking for a Programme Manager to join their organisation who has strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to spearhead both business and technical improvements to enhance customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and objectives to deliver enterprise grade support
• Collaborate with internal partners to prepare support readiness for product launches
• Prioritize team roadmap and monitor progress against team goals
• Build strong relationships with internal partners to align roadmaps, business goals and project resourcing
• Create narratives from data analysis to identify product and support improvement opportunities
• Communicate process and program changes via change management channels and partner working groups
• Drive operational excellence by streamlining process to enhance the customer experience

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SixSigma etc
• 5+ years of experience in a project management role
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as the Microsoft office suite
• Superior verbal and written communication skills to develop presentations, support resources and trainings
• Exhibit a balance of analytical and interpersonal skills which serves a variety of audiences, both internal and external
• Passion for delivering a world class customer experience with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Contract details:

• Day Rate: £300 - 350 p/d
• Payroll: PAYE
• 25 days paid holiday
• Fully remote contract
• 12-month contract
