Digital Marketing Executive

We're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager on a wide range of projects, including email marketing, trend analysis, and conversion rate optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be working on:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and web.
• Conduct performance analysis and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to develop creative marketing strategies that align with client goals.
• Support in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, providing recommendations for new tactics and strategies.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Key Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools and strategies.
• Basic understanding of web editing and content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
