Responsibilities

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces, enhance user experiences, conduct usability tests, and perform user research for digital consumer and enterprise products.
• You will develop scalable design systems using atomic design principles, including color palettes, typography, grid layouts, iconography, and various UI components.
• You will apply visual design principles consistently throughout the design process, from initial ideation and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final production.
• You will standardize a user-centered design approach and apply laws of UX as a guiding framework, ensuring that all design decisions are driven by user needs and experiences.
• You will build compelling UI/UX design case studies that effectively highlights and conveys the narrative and impact of our work.

• Figma is your design playground—it's our tool of choice.
• You've got a deep understanding of visual design principles—typography, color theory, grids, and visual hierarchy are your strengths.
• You excel in creating and maintaining design systems, components, and reusable UI elements.
• Your portfolio showcases userflows, wireframes, and prototypes for both web and mobile.
• You're skilled at diving into user research and usability testing to drive your design decisions.
• You know responsive and adaptive design inside out, ensuring smooth experiences on any device.
• You're detail-oriented and adept at juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in fintech, Web3, and blockchain a bonus, but not a dealbreaker. Your drive to learn matters more.
