Job Description

Medier is a leading marketing agency specializing in performance-driven partnerships and innovative marketing solutions within the iGaming industry. A large SEO team is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to control and systematize the work of all areas within the department. We have more than 20 geos and a lot of products in the pipeline. We are looking for a person with 1 year of experience in marketing. With at least 1 year of project management experience. Good knowledge of Scrum management is very important, as well as the ability to set, decompose, control tasks and budgets within projects.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
  • Proficiency in PM tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis: requirements analysis, KPI definition.
  • Basic understanding of project development processes in SEO: strategy development, forecasting and planning, implementation, testing, promotion, and scheduled activities.
  • Risk management: identification, assessment, and development of response plans.
  • Financial management: budgeting, expense control, forecastin


Duties:‍

  • Coordination of internal and external processes related to the production of promotional products and brand promotion;
  • monitoring compliance with deadlines and budgets within projects;
  • Control over the planning and implementation of sprints;
  • Planning with teams;
  • Identification of the main stages of project implementation;
  • Communication with company departments and suppliers,
  • Work with spreadsheets and document flow;
  • Control over the implementation of project tasks and plans in accordance with project documentation;
  • Coordination of the work of persons involved in the project implementation;
  • Executing project tasks and assignments, advising the project team;
  • Administration of project documentation (paperwork, updates, verification, support of approvals) and control of its implementation;
  • Preparation of project reports, updates, other documentation and reporting related to project implementation;
  • monitoring the achievement of project indicators and results.
