As Product Director, you'll own the vision and execution for one of our core platforms while working alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and commerce.

The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional product role. As a key leader in our lean, high-impact team of 30-50 people, you'll have true ownership over major product decisions and technical direction. You'll:

• Drive product strategy and execution for a major product line
• Design novel AI-human interaction systems that scale to millions of users
• Pioneer new approaches to commerce intelligence and knowledge representation
• Lead a team of product managers while maintaining deep technical involvement
• Partner directly with engineering and AI teams on technical architecture

• Base: $220,000 - $280,000
• Equity: 0.50% - 0.75%
• Monthly profit-sharing bonuses tied directly to company growth

Required Experience

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 4+ years leading product teams
• Track record of shipping successful technical products
• Experience with AI/ML products in production
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Deep understanding of modern technology stack

Nice to Have:

• Experience with e-commerce or marketplace products
• Background in AI/ML product development
• Experience with knowledge graphs or search systems
• Track record of innovation in consumer products
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
