We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our development team in Limassol, Cyprus.

✅ Requirements:

✔️At least 5 years of experience in game development or IT project management;

✔️ Proven experience in working with external game studios or vendors;

✔️Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in game development;

✔️ Experience in negotiating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and contract agreements;

✔️ Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously and oversee multiple projects in parallel;

✔️ Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks;

✔️ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools;

✔️ Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally;

✔️ Excellent time management, risk management, and problem-solving skills;

✔️ Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.

✅ Nice to have:

✔️ PMP, PSM or the equivalent certificates.

✔️Understanding of Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game development technologies;

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Contract and Vendor Management: Contract management and coordination with vendors, legal department, assist in processing SOWs;

✔️Project Execution: Initiate, lead, and close projects within agreed timelines;

✔️Customization Coordination: Manage customization and feature implementation for purchased games;

✔️Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with multiple game studios, ensuring smooth collaboration;

✔️Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution and vendor performance;

✔️Documentation: Keep project documentation up to date, including agreements, timelines, and reports;

✔️Continuous Improvements: Support future enhancements or additional agreements for game modifications
