Product Manager with FinTech experience

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining, developing, and launching a cutting-edge financial super app. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and operations, to deliver a product that meets market demands while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a FinTech app offering multi-currency accounts, payments, budgeting tools, and financial services.

✔️ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify customer needs and industry trends.

✔️ Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

✔️ Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth product development and timely releases.

✔️ Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence (KYC, AML, PSD2, GDPR, etc.).

✔️ Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

✔️ Lead the integration of third-party financial services, including payment gateways, FX platforms, and investment products.

✔️ Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches in collaboration with marketing and business development teams.

✔️ Define and monitor key product metrics, analyze user feedback, and continuously optimize features for engagement and retention.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in FinTech, banking, or payments.

✔️ Strong knowledge of financial regulations, digital banking, and payment ecosystems.

✔️ Experience leading the development of mobile applications and API-driven platforms.

✔️ Ability to work in an agile environment and manage end-to-end product development.

✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

✔️ Knowledge of data security, fraud prevention, and financial risk management is a plus.

✔️ Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar is beneficial.
