Your Mission:

• Lead QA strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects (mobile, web, backend)
• Design and implement automation frameworks for mobile (iOS/Android), web, and APIs using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Detox, and Postman
• Manage, mentor, and grow a remote QA team balancing hands-on testing with strategic oversight
• Oversee defect lifecycle, drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventative measures
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, including shift-left testing and continuous integration
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to ensure clarity, quality, and timely delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years in QA, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead/Manager role
• Proven success managing remote teams and multi-project delivery
• Strong automation skills (Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Detox, Selenium, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL) and mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, Fastlane)
• Experience applying ITIL practices for change, incident, and problem management
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication (Arabic a plus)

• Experience with performance and security testing
• Familiarity with App Store/Google Play submission
• Accessibility testing (WCAG) and game/gamification QA
