💼 Role: Senior Business Analyst

🎯 Deliver detailed functional specifications including functional hierarchy, workflows, business rules, interface definitions, data analysis, and data mapping for clients and development teams
📝 Translate customer requirements into clear User Stories, acceptance criteria, and recommend appropriate solutions
📋 Build, document, update, and maintain functional specifications and the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
🔍 Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and application capabilities; collaborate with Architects and Developers to assess project impact
🤝 Work closely with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, validate, and test functionality changes
🧪 Support system testing, regression testing, and smoke testing activities
👥 Demonstrate system enhancements to clients to ensure all business needs are met
📚 Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions (one-on-one or classroom)
⏱️ Manage multiple competing priorities through strong organization and communication

🚀 Act as a senior member of a small team, coordinating delivery tasks, assignments, and monitoring progress
🤝 Participate in client and internal stakeholder meetings
🗂️ Create, review, and facilitate discussions around business and system requirements
🎫 Review Help Desk tickets and responses when required
📢 Prepare and review outreach communications and track outreach activities
📘 Write, review, and maintain process documentation and SOPs
📊 Support Weekly Agile Release Train (ART) status meetings and provide sprint and team updates

✅ 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
✅ Strong hands-on experience in building and managing User Stories in collaboration with customers and aligned workflows
✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience implementing software in the healthcare industry
✅ Solid understanding of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and workflows
✅ Proven ability to develop use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
✅ Strong capability to represent end-user needs within a software development environment
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
