πΌ Role: Senior Business Analyst
π― Deliver detailed functional specifications including functional hierarchy, workflows, business rules, interface definitions, data analysis, and data mapping for clients and development teams
π Translate customer requirements into clear User Stories, acceptance criteria, and recommend appropriate solutions
π Build, document, update, and maintain functional specifications and the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
π Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and application capabilities; collaborate with Architects and Developers to assess project impact
π€ Work closely with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, validate, and test functionality changes
π§ͺ Support system testing, regression testing, and smoke testing activities
π₯ Demonstrate system enhancements to clients to ensure all business needs are met
π Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions (one-on-one or classroom)
β±οΈ Manage multiple competing priorities through strong organization and communication

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
β
Strong hands-on experience in building and managing User Stories in collaboration with customers and aligned workflows
β
Bachelorβs degree or higher in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience implementing software in the healthcare industry
β
Solid understanding of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and workflows
β
Proven ability to develop use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
β
Strong capability to represent end-user needs within a software development environment
β
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
