Schedule: Monday-Friday; EST or CST work hours

Our client is a fast-expanding organization that provides dedicated US-based strategic executive assistants/partners to entrepreneurs, including CEOs, coaches, and consultants. It operates with a boutique, high-touch approach, offering premium services supported by experienced executive partners at the higher end of the market.

The business has historically seen strong inbound traction and is now expanding into outbound-focused initiatives, alongside growing internal programs such as assistant training. With a lean internal team of six, marketing strategy is led by the BD Head and middle managers—this role exists to ensure strong, consistent execution across all marketing channels.


About The Role


We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives across content, creative, and paid channels. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action.


You will work closely with leadership to deliver content-heavy marketing, support outbound efforts, and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, email, and landing pages. While strategy direction will be provided, you are expected to take ownership of execution end-to-end, ensuring consistency and rhythm in the form of results through our marketing activities.


Responsibilities


Content & Copywriting

  • Write and execute B2B-focused content across:
  • Email campaigns, newsletters, and blogs
  • LinkedIn and Meta organic content
  • Landing pages for services and new offerings
  • Internal and external marketing communications
  • Craft messaging that speaks directly to the pain points of entrepreneurs, executives, and consultants
  • Adapt existing ideas and strategies into clear, compelling marketing content
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across channels


Graphics & Creative Execution

  • Create marketing visuals using existing templates and branding guidelines
  • Produce graphics for:
  • Social media posts
  • Email campaigns
  • Ads and landing pages
  • Maintain visual consistency and a polished, professional brand presence


Paid Advertising & Campaign Support

  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns, including:
  • Retargeting initiatives
  • Smaller-budget, geo-targeted campaigns
  • Write ad copy aligned with audience targeting and campaign goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and make data-informed adjustments
  • Support SEO-aligned content and landing page initiatives


Marketing Operations & Tools

  • Track and report performance metrics using HubSpot
  • Support landing page execution and updates using basic WordPress
  • Coordinate campaign execution from brief to launch to reporting
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and internal stakeholders


Must-Have


Competencies and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on execution
  • Proven experience in content creation and copywriting across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Meta ads, including retargeting
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot (metrics, tracking) and basic WordPress
  • Experience producing graphics using existing templates and brand guidelines
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer pain points and messaging
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives
  • Proficient in using AI tools to generate content and skilled at humanizing and polishing outputs


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience marketing professional services or executive-level offerings
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Experience working in a boutique or lean team environment
  • Exposure to outbound or demand-generation campaigns
