About BorsaHero
BorsaHero is a premium, subscription-only live trading platform where real traders stream live execution and strategy for serious subscribers.
We are building a quality-first platform — not a free social network — and are launching with an invite-only beta.
About the Role
We are looking for a Creator Growth, Marketing & Partnerships Analyst to help us analyze, segment, and select high-quality traders from our existing database and support structured outreach and onboarding for our beta launch.
This role is analytical and communication-focused, with a strong business development and creator acquisition component. It is not social media posting or paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and organize a large trader database using Excel or Google Sheets
- Segment traders based on: Trading niche and style, Audience size and engagement, Monetization readiness and Platform presence (X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop a simple scoring and shortlisting framework
- Identify the best-fit traders for invite-only beta access
- Support business development and creator acquisition by engaging and onboarding high-quality traders
- Own monthly onboarding targets for qualified traders joining the platform
- Prepare and send professional outreach messages in English
- Track responses, conversion, and feedback, and report insights directly to the founder

Required Skills & Experience
Must-have:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) ⭐
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to research creators across social platforms
- Professional written communication (emails and messages)
- Experience (or strong interest) in business development, partnerships, or growth
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in creator economy, SaaS, or digital platforms
- Familiarity with trading, crypto, finance, or online education
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
- Outreach, partnerships, or business development experience
