Schedule: Mon-Fri; overlaps with PST work hours

About The Role

We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist with strong experience in ecommerce advertising. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments, enjoys hands-on campaign optimization, and is comfortable managing budgets ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 USD per month.

You will focus primarily on Google Ads (70%) with support across Meta Ads (30%), contributing to campaign strategy, execution, analysis, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Google & Meta Campaign Management

  • Day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, with 70% focus on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and 30% on Meta Ads
  • Plan, build, and launch campaigns aligned with ecommerce goals, audience strategies, and conversion objectives
  • Execute structured A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Continuously monitor performance, pacing, and efficiency across CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs
  • Manage monthly campaign budgets ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+ USD

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools to identify patterns and optimization opportunities
  • Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports, highlighting insights, trends, and next steps
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for scaling and efficiency improvement

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, merchandising, email/CRM, operations) to ensure campaign alignment
  • Communicate performance updates, testing insights, and optimization strategies clearly and proactively
  • Support broader ecommerce initiatives through data-driven inputs and channel expertise

Technical & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate tracking setup, event configuration, and conversion integrity across platforms
  • Conduct thorough QA on every campaign launch to maintain high accuracy and operational discipline
  • Maintain organized documentation of testing frameworks, campaign changes, and results

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or digital marketing, ideally in ecommerce environments
  • Strong operational proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Experience working with performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and revenue-driven KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale campaigns within $5,000–100,000 USD/month budgets
  • High attention to detail paired with strong analytical curiosity and interest in performance strategy
  • Clear, concise communicator comfortable working with cross-functional team

Nice-to-Have

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or equivalent analytical tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms
  • Understanding of email and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar
