The Role:
You'll be the central operator of our social media presence across all platforms. You're not just scheduling posts β you're managing the full content lifecycle from idea to publish to performance tracking.
You'll own:
- YouTube β our primary platform with 110K+ subscribers
- Instagram β Reels, Stories, carousels, engagement
- Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok β repurposed and native content
- Email newsletters β every video gets a blast to our list
- Blog content β repurposing videos into SEO-optimized articles
- The Monday board β keeping the entire creative team on track

What You'll Actually Do Every Day:
- Check and update Monday board with project statuses
- Reply to DMs and comments across all platforms
- Review content calendar and confirm what's publishing today/this week
- Follow up with designers and video editors on upcoming deadlines
- Write content β email copy, blog posts, captions, CTAs
- Review thumbnails and provide feedback to designers
- Review video edits and approve or request revisions
- Create creative briefs for upcoming content
- Schedule posts in GoHighLevel
- Coordinate with the creative team to keep projects moving
- Verify all scheduled posts are correct and ready to go
- Update Monday boards with end-of-day progress
- Check analytics β what performed today? What's trending?
- Flag any at-risk deadlines before they become problems
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Strategy sync with Marketing Manager β align on ManyChat campaigns, conversion goals, content priorities, and what's working/not working
- Results and tracking review β analyze performance data, identify top-performing content, track which posts drove leads and conversions
- Creative team coordination β weekly check-in with designers and editors to ensure all assets are on track for the next 1-2 weeks
- Submit weekly data report β views, engagement, subscriber growth, top posts, conversions, and insights for leadership
End of Week Goals (Your Scorecard):
- 3 YouTube videos published (Monday / Wednesday / Friday)
- 5-7 short-form posts (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) across platforms
- 3 email newsletters sent (one per YouTube video)
- 3 blog posts published (repurposed from each video)
- Zero DM/comment backlog β everything responded to, leads flagged and escalated
- Monday board 100% current β every task updated, every deadline tracked
- Weekly data report submitted to leadership every Friday

Requirements:
- Must be located in Mexico, Latin America, or South America (strictly enforced)
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand (not just your personal accounts)
- Experience with YouTube (uploading, SEO, descriptions, analytics)
- Strong writing skills β we'll ask for samples
- Experience coordinating with designers, editors, or creative teams
- Comfortable with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Experience with scheduling tools (GoHighLevel, Later, Buffer, etc.)
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with ManyChat or DM automation
- Understanding of funnels and how content drives conversions
- Experience in real estate, coaching, or education space
- Video editing skills (even basic)
