Senior Engineer - Network Prototyping

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to design, develop, and demonstrate early-stage networking prototypes for secure, mission-critical communication systems.

This is a practical, engineering-driven role focused on rapid prototyping, iterative development, and real-world validation not IT operations. You will work closely with architects, product teams, and customers to bring networking concepts to life and validate performance in lab and demo environments.

You will play a key role in shaping next-generation secure networking products used in high-impact, real-world environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop early-stage networking prototypes based on customer use cases
• Rapidly implement networking functionality across Linux-based environments
• Develop software modules in C/C++ and Python

• Build and configure demo environments for protocol testing and customer demonstrations
• Evaluate performance under variable networking conditions (latency, loss, bandwidth constraints)
• Collaborate with system architects and testing teams to validate functionality
• Support integration activities across modems and networking products
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues across hardware and software boundaries
• Produce clear technical documentation and developer notes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in networking, prototyping, or product development environments
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and Linux networking

• Hands-on experience with C/C++ and Python
• Experience building prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or lab validation setups
• Familiarity with networking equipment such as modems, routers, traffic generators, and network analyzers

• Confident presenting technical demos to stakeholders or customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
