About The Role
As a Senior Recruiter at Sardine, you will be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and supporting our rapid growth. Your primary responsibility will be managing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple regions and functions, including technical roles such as software engineering and product management, as well as non-technical roles in sales, marketing, and post-sales support. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies. Your role involves sourcing candidates through diverse channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Additionally, you will oversee offer management, negotiate terms, and facilitate a seamless transition for new hires into our organization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a minimum of 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment
- Proven track record recruiting both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, GTM) roles in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets
- Strong understanding of recruiting in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in ATS platforms (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships at all organizational levels
- Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding regional hiring nuances
- High energy and a proactive, hands-on approach suitable for a rapidly changing startup environment
- Genuine passion for talent acquisition, creating a positive company culture, and fostering inclusivity
