We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused People Operations Coordinator to support employee HR inquiries in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance across various HR-related areas including payroll, benefits, onboarding, time off, and company policies. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries related to payroll, benefits, leave of absence, onboarding, offboarding, and company policies.
- Manage and resolve employee support cases using a ticketing or case management system while meeting established service level timelines.
- Respond to employee questions with clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Prepare and process time-sensitive HR documents including employment verification letters, onboarding documentation, offboarding paperwork, and personnel records.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure proper routing of requests to appropriate internal teams when required.
- Conduct regular audits of HR records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as payroll, benefits, HR operations, and IT to resolve employee inquiries efficiently.
- Support improvements to employee self-service resources and identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and documentation.
- Assist with additional HR projects or operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of HR-related experience or relevant coursework in Human Resources or a related field.
