Role Description

This is a full-time, 100% remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

This role requires a strong foundation in SEO (including AEO/AI Search Optimization) combined with hands-on experience in digital campaign management and social media marketing. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across multiple channels while contributing to overall growth strategy.

We are looking for someone who can balance SEO expertise with campaign execution, and bring versatility across organic, paid, and social channels — while working independently in a remote environment.


Key ResponsibilitiesSEO / AEO

  • Execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and search visibility
  • Conduct keyword research aligned with user intent and search trends
  • Perform SEO audits and implement on-page and technical improvements
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures
  • Support initiatives to improve AI search visibility (AEO / LLMO)


Digital Campaign Management

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPL, and conversions
  • Support A/B testing and campaign improvements


Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and maintain social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Support content planning and execution aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Monitor engagement and performance metrics to improve reach and interaction


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using GA4, Search Console, and platform dashboards
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve performance across channels
  • Support reporting on SEO, paid, and social initiatives


Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Support execution across multiple marketing initiatives
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in all deliverables


Qualifications

  • Experience in SEO (on-page, technical, and content optimization)
  • Basic understanding or exposure to AEO / AI search trends is a plus
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Experience managing or supporting social media platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
