About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our enterprise web applications and services. Your work will directly support our operational goals, improve user experience, and drive technological innovation within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for full-stack development, a keen interest in emerging web technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, operations, and depot staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that streamline logistics processes and incorporate automation and artificial intelligence solutions. Initially, this is a full-time offshore role based in India, with potential opportunities for relocation to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period of approximately 12 months.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, particularly with React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks.
• Proficiency with databases, code versioning tools such as Git or SVN, and web server environments like Apache or Nginx.
• Strong problem-solving skills within operational environments and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and the ability to implement user-centered designs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, and system testing methodologies, including automated testing.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience or familiarity with OCR frameworks is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai or Oman after the probation period, if required, and adaptability to the Middle Eastern working environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with onsite depot/yard operations, logistics, and accounts teams.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services that support business and operational objectives, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with team leads and members to gather requirements, define project scope, and meet project deadlines and goals.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure consistency and excellence in interface design and user experience.
• Document technical specifications, project progress, and product features to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in web development, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Engage in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues independently and collaboratively.
