About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team at Superkreatives. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing projects for Canadian mortgage agents. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and project deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, and the ability to coordinate effectively with our creative and technical teams. This is a remote position requiring availability from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project management or client-facing account management within a digital marketing or creative agency setting. Experience working with international clients, specifically based in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to manage client relationships professionally, handle feedback constructively, and ensure timely project completion. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation workflows, LinkedIn outreach, Google Ads, and website design processes is required. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Immediate availability to join the team is also a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties aimed at delivering high-quality marketing solutions to clients:
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact for all Canadian mortgage agent clients, managing daily communication, setting expectations, and overseeing deliverables.
- Conduct onboarding calls, regular check-ins, and strategy sessions to understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for the internal team.
- Coordinate with creative and technical teams—including content creators, video editors, designers, and ad specialists—to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and oversee workflows across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Oversee social media content production, including short-form videos, reels, and static posts, ensuring alignment with each client’s branding and messaging.
- Guide LinkedIn engagement campaigns, ensuring outreach efforts are personalized and effective for target audiences.
- Collaborate with the Google Ads team to relay client objectives, review campaign performance, and communicate results to clients.
- Manage website design projects from initial brief through to launch, including revisions and client feedback loops.
- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows, enhance content quality, and improve team efficiency.
- Continuously research and adopt new techniques, tools, and trends in video production, content strategy, and website design to maintain the agency’s competitive edge.
- Own the monthly billing cycle by preparing, sending, and following up on client invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and performance summaries to clients and agency leadership to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
