Team and Investors

Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series B round of $17.5M and our investors include Vertex Ventures, Fundamentum & Elevation Capital.

Growth Opportunity

We have grown remarkably in the last 4 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over INR 350Cr. We are working with over 40,000+ monthly active content creators and 250+ brands and marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more. What would you be doing?


Ops Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Market Expansion team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution across emerging growth axes—including new platforms (such as Facebook, Snapchat, and Pinterest) and expanding categories beyond currently explored areas—while supporting scale across evolving partner ecosystems and campaign formats.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with creators, ensuring consistent communication, swift execution, timely support, and a high-quality overall experience to effectively achieve defined objectives.
  • Follow established SOPs, policies, and best practices to execute tasks efficiently, while adapting processes to support newer categories, use cases, and growth opportunities
  • Track key performance metrics to evaluate progress, optimize execution, and support the product–market fit journey across platforms and expanding categories


Strategic Initiatives:

  • Analyze operational data, emerging trends, and creator feedback to identify improvement opportunities and refine processes for rapid, scalable growth across new channels, formats and categories
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to proactively address creator and partner needs, enabling seamless execution across a widening spectrum of campaigns and business verticals
  • Oversee the use of support tools, technologies, and systems to ensure they are effectively implemented and fully leveraged across diverse and evolving use cases
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in marketing, platform ecosystems, and partnership models to ensure operations remain relevant, efficient, and future-ready as expansion continues across new surfaces and categories


What are we looking for?

  • If you’ve been a content creator yourself or have worked closely with creators or social media, we like you already! 🙂
  • Business-oriented problem-solving mindset
  • 1-2 years of experience in scaling and managing operations, business development and sales
  • Proficient in support tools and technologies, with a deep understanding of industry best practices
