2nd & 3rd Line Service Desk Engineers x 2 - Leading MSP

We’re working with a growing UK-based Managed Service Provider currently scaling their support function, with opportunities for both 2nd Line and 2nd/3rd Line Engineers to join a fully remote team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that combines the backing of a wider group with the feel of a specialist MSP, offering exposure to a broad and varied client base.


The Role

You’ll be providing remote support across multiple environments, working across a range of Microsoft and infrastructure technologies.

The 2nd/3rd Line role will also involve acting as an escalation point and supporting more complex technical issues.


Tech Environment

  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (including Intune)
  • Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Windows Server & Desktop
  • Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure)
  • Networking (LAN/WAN/VPN)
  • Citrix / RDS / WVD (essential)


What They’re Looking For

  • Experience within an MSP environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing support skills
  • Solid Microsoft / infrastructure knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote team
